郭榮市「卡席酪」特選健康溫體豬肉，以肥瘦相間的帶皮五花，加上12種特調香料醃漬入味。料理過後外表酥脆肉質多汁，特製醃料不鹹不膩，大宴小酌盡皆適宜。註：卡席酪Kasilaw為阿美族語，即鹹豬肉之意。
